If you contact us through our online form to request resources, news or information, we request your name and email address. This information is only used to communicate with you directly about your requests.
We do not share user information with any organisations outside of the TRACE partnership. We may share information with organisations within the TRACE partnership where this is required to meet the objectives of the initiative. The sharing of information with TRACE partners is applicable to Bath Spa University, the National Association of Writers, Bath Festivals, our evaluator, our publishing partner, our literary partners and educational partners. All of these partner organisations share our determination to fill the gap in provision for creative writing development in the UK. Our current partners are Bath Spa University, NAWE, Bath Festivals, LKMCo and StoryHive.
